How to Make a Bellini

Champagne imbued with the hue of peach schnapps makes the Bellini distinctive and sophisticated. Serves one.

Things You’ll Need:

• Frosted Champagne Flutes
• 5 oz. Champagne
• 2 oz. peach schnapps

1. Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the refrigerator.
2. Measure out the schnapps into a jigger.
3. Pour peach schnapps into the glass.
4. Pour champagne over the schnapps.
