The 360 jumping roundhouse requires that you have excellent balance so you can successfully complete a full body spin with a kick at the end. Instead of attempting this move at full speed, you should start by practicing the components of it first until your balance and body control improve. Once you feel comfortable spinning and kicking, then you can combine both to perform this move.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Begin by positioning your arms at your chest in a strike position. Spread your legs apart; the left leg in front of the right. Turn your body slightly to the right so your right elbow can help lead your body as it goes into the spin.

  2. Step 2

Lead with your head and your right elbow and turn right to go into the spin. Your right leg should come up as you complete the spin.

  3. Step 3

Jump and kick with your left leg while lowering your right leg. Use your right leg for support.

  4. Step 4

To end the kick, you can either stop your body by planting both feet on the ground, or you can complete the spin using the momentum you've gained throughout the move.

  5. Step 5

    Return to a strike position.
