• Skinless chicken breast
• Garlic powder
• Paprika
• Cajun seasoning
• Bell pepper

• Meat tenderizer

How to Make a Cajun Chicken Sandwich

1. Use your meat tenderizer to flatten and soften the chicken breast so it’ll cook quicker and remain tender.

2. Add paprika, garlic powder and Cajun seasoning to both sides of the chicken breast.

3. Heat skillet to medium and light coat the bottom with olive oil.

4. Add the chicken breast and cook for approximately five minutes before flipping.

5. Mix the mayo and hot sauce and spread on an open Kaiser roll.

6. Chop the onions and bell pepper and place on the roll.
