Shiatsu to Help Hypertension!

1
Work on your gallbladder. Locate your gallbladder in the space at the top of your foot, between your fourth and fifth toes. With your hands, stimulate the web channel. About the first point, press for about six seconds, then release your finger. Then move 1.5 centimeters up and press again. Continue this process until you reach about halfway up your foot (where there is no longer a space between your toe bones).

2
Next, work on your liver meridians. Start in the middle at the top part of your big toe. Then repeat the same pressing and releasing technique you used for your gallbladder. Move along the toe to the margin between your big toe and the second toe. Then, move up the channel between those two toes. From your ankle, go towards the inner part of your leg, along your bone. Then halfway up your leg, the meridian will come off your bone but proceed along the center of the inner part of your leg. Then, stop around your knee.

Make sure to concentrate on stimulating your entire meridians. Don't just concentrate on individual acupressure points.
