Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/3 C. plus 2 tbs. all-purpose flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 C. plus 2 tsp. milk
- 1 3/4 tsp. butter

Step 1
Stir the flour and salt together in a large bowl. Add the beaten egg, milk and butter. Knead the dough until smooth-about 5 minutes. Let stand in bowl for 10 minutes.

Flour a smooth surface. If you have marble or granite counter tops, this is the perfect surface. Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thickness.To roll your dough evenly, wrap masking tape around the ends of your rolling pin to the desired thickness. Keep your rolling pin floured as necessary to prevent sticking.

Roll the dough up as if you were making a jelly roll. Cut the roll into 1-inch strips. Unroll each strip and let the dough air dry.

Boil pasta until al dente. Serve with your favorite dish. Makes approximately 4 servings.
