Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large Shrimp (.5 to 1lb)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • White wine or Sake
  • Oregano
  • Parsley

    How to Sautee Shrimp

  1. Step 1

    De-vein shrimp by cutting along spine with short paring knife and pulling out black line.

  2. Step 2

    Heat pan and add olive oil.

  3. Step 3

    Add shrimp, garlic, and wine.

  4. Step 4

    Toss mixture over medium heat and add salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley to taste.

  5. Step 5

    Cook until shrimp are done (turn red). Serve alone or over pasta or salad.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be careful not to overcook the shrimp - they dry out and become tough easily.
