Place the defrosted ground turkey inside of a bowl. We need to season it up just like any other meat we get from the grocery store.

  3. Step 3

Add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of lemon pepper , 1/3 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, and one egg. Now get a wooden or plastic spoon and mix until completely incorporated. Place inside a closed container inside the refrigerator for an hour until chilled.

  4. Step 4

Now take out of refrigerator and make hamburgers, meat loaf, or anything else you want to make with the ground turkey. Remember to cook thoroughly. Unlike ground beef, you cannot eat ground turkey rare. Enjoy your meal and remember ground turkey is cheaper and healthier.
