Stop for lunch at Louis' Lunch at 263 Crown Street. Louis' has been in business for over 100 years and is said to be where the hamburger was first invented. Be aware that Louis' only takes cash. Please visit: http://www.louislunch.com/ for hours and additional information.

Step 3
Take a walking tour of New Haven. The Chamber of Commerce provides maps and audio guides for these walking tours. Visit: http://www.walkingtoursofnewhaven.com/ to get the maps, audio and descriptions of the four different tours available. Since you already toured Yale University during the morning, the Tour Around the Green might be the most interesting for you during the afternoon. The tour includes the Amistad memorial.

Step 4
Have pizza for dinner on world famous Wooster Street. Sally's Apizza and Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana make some of the best pizza in the country and shouldn't be missed. A stroll down Wooster Street is a nice way to end the evening.
