  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 stalk celery

  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Mayonnaise or salad dressing to taste
  • 1 box of medium shells or your favorite pasta
  1. Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions on box. While pasta is cooking, gather other ingredients.

  2. Step 2

Peel and chop 1/2 onion into small pieces and place in bowl. Cut lemon in half and juice into bowl with onion. Rinse and dice celery, and add to bowl.

  3. Step 3

Open can of corn and drain well; add to bowl. Open cans of tuna and drain; add to bowl. Add cheese and pasta, and mix well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add mayonnaise a little at a time until it's creamy, or to your taste. Serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings
  • All ingredients can be adjusted to your personal preferences.
  • Serve right away or mayonnaise will be absorbed by the pasta, making the salad dry. You can add more mayonnaise or a splash of milk for leftovers.
