Always offer your children at least three to five different foods at a time. For example, put grapes, cut up cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and cantaloupe on the same plate. Giving your child a choice gives them power to choose what they want to eat. You have to stay strong and be the one making the choices.

Tips & Warnings
Do not let your children know that you think something tastes disgusting. They will be turned off before they even give it a try. Also, teach your children that they should always try something numerous times before putting it on their no food list. They may prefer certain textures one day to another. Lastly, teach your children to be polite when trying new foods. If it is not for them at least they have given the food a fair chance.
