Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Choose an organic peanut butter. Organic peanut butter is much healthier than other brands on the market. Still, it has that great flavor that your kids have come to love.

  2. Step 2

Replace the sugar. You can now find wonderful sugar substitutes. These substitutes taste just like real sugar and come in different varieties that are great for baking cookies.

  3. Step 3

Add whole wheat flour. By replacing just half of the flour in your recipe with whole wheat flour, you can make your peanut butter cookies healthier. The whole wheat flour will add good carbs and more fiber.

  4. Step 4

Use an egg substitute. Eggs are filled with fat and cholesterol, but egg substitute is fat and cholesterol free.
