  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

      Crack your two eggs and place them inside your baggie, and throw away the shells.

      Place the teaspoon of milk into the baggie along with your 1/4 cup of grated cheese and zip your baggie shut.

      Pick up the baggie by the zip end and squeeze the bottom of the baggie between your fingers to mix your omelette. This can also be done again inside the baggie with your fork to stir the contents evenly.

      Place your baggie into the microwave so it lays down flat. You should heat this for about 25 seconds, or until you see that the egg is beginning to get done around the edges. Flip the baggie over and heat for another 15 seconds.

      Remove your baggie carefully, as it will be hot. Unzip the baggie and slowly let your omelette slide out. When it gets halfway out of the zipper end, flip the remaining half over the first half that is on your plate. Throw away your baggie and eat your yummy omelette.
