How to Mix a Gin Collins
The Gin Collins is a simple, classical cocktail which features gin as it's main alcoholic component. Gin, for those who haven't tried it, is essentially the same exact product as vodka, but it is flavored with certain aromatic compounds such as juniper berries. Things You'll Need
- 3 oz. Gin
- 2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Simple Syrup
- 4 oz. Club Soda
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
- 1 Lemon Peel
- Ice
- Collins Glass
Instructions

Fill your collins glass full of ice.

Pour the gin in over the ice.

Add the simple syrup and lemon juice.

Stir to combine ingredients evenly.

Top the collins glass off with club soda.

Drop a maraschino cherry into the drink and let it sink to the bottom of the glass.
