  • 1 lb. Boneless chicken breast, cut in chunks
  • • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

    How to Make Chicken Teriyaki

  1. Step 1

    Coat chcken pieces in teriyaki sauce marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Step 2

    In a skillet on medium-high heat, stir fry chicken until done.

  3. Step 3

    Combine teriyaki sauce marinade, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Pour into skillet, lower heat and stir until sauce thickens.

  4. Step 4

    Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with rice or assorted vegetables.
