Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- • 2 tbsp butter
- • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- • salt, to taste

Step 1
Wash, peel and de-vein shrimp.

Step 2
On high heat, in a wok or skillet, melt butter.

Step 3
Add finely chopped garlic and red chili flakes, stirring constantly.

Step 4
Toss in shrimp and salt, lower heat and cook until shrimp is golden brown.
