- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Can Salsa
- 1 Block Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Pot

Drain the grease. Pour the excess grease out of the pan and into a container so that you can dispose of it later. Too much grease will prevent the dip from having a smooth and even consistency.

Place the pot back on the stove on medium heat. You need to keep the mixture warm as you add ingredients so they will blend smoothly.

Stir in the cheese chunks. You will need to stir the mixture constantly as this type of cheese melts very quickly and can burn on the bottom of the pan if you do not keep the dip moving over the heat.
