Step 1
First, keep in mind that Integral yoga is a set pattern that lasts about 75 minutes per session. All of the classes are set up in this order: asanas, relaxation, breathing and mediation.

To start, you will do 45 minutes worth of asanas.

Step 3
Next, the instructor will begin deep relaxation.

Step 4
After the relaxation period, you will focus on your breathing patterns.

Step 5
Finally, you will meditate and end your session. Once you are comfortable with Integral yoga, you can practice at home.
