Learn about Tantra Yoga. Tantra Yoga aims to expand all levels of consciousness by deprogramming and t reprogramming our human instincts. It seeks to teach individuals how to identify the social construction of thoughts, instincts and feelings that act as obstacles along the path to peace and harmony. You can not learn how to practice Tantra Yoga from a book. You must learn from a qualified and experienced teacher.

Step 2
Find Tantra Yoga instructor and class in your area. Yoga should always be learnt from a Guru. This is particularly important in the practice of Tantra Yoga, as the Guru will recognize which path the student belongs on and will then prescribe a Sadhana, which is a systemized, lifelong, spiritual movement to which the student will follow. In order to be successful in the study of Tantra Yoga, the student (or Sadhaka) must like, be capable of and be dedicated to one’s Sadhana. Local gyms, recreations centers, and yoga studios should be able to point you in the right direction.

Step 3
Dedicate yourself to your Sadhana. Good intentions alone will not suffice unless they are backed by good actions.

Join a yoga group such as the Sanatan Society, which will help you to incorporate your yogic practices into your everyday life. Becoming a practitioner of Tantra Yoga is more than deep breathing, stretching and meditation. It is a life long process. Surrounding yourself with people
