Super Smash Bros. Brawl game for Wii
Nunchuck
Wii remote
Gamecube controller

Step1

You can use a Wii remote turned on its side. All you have to do is use the arrow keys on the Wii remote and hover over the character you want. Press "A."

Step2

For the Wii remote with the Nunchuck, it's exactly the same. You just need to use the control stick that is on the Nunchuck to choose the character. Then press "A" to choose one.

Step3

To choose characters with the Gamecube controller, use the same method as the Wii remote with the Nunchuck. Use the control stick to point your cursor over a character and press "A."

Step4

When you choose a character, keep in mind that each character is different and has its own move set. Sometimes characters share move sets and attacks, though. Some are stronger, some weaker, and you just need to test characters out before choosing.

Tips & Warnings

Kirby can copy players' abilities.
Toonlink has Link's move set.
Fox and Falco each have a smash attack that is fast and does damage, and it can easily make the player go off the edge.
