How to Make a Tequila Martini

Martinis can be a sign that the party has begun. When out with friends, nothing looks more festive on your table than a martini. Try this twist on a regular martini using tequila instead of vodka. It's a simple recipe, and it will thrill those that try it.Next time you are entertaining, promise a surprise. Then deliver the martinis. It will bring a surprise taste punch that will make your guests smile. Here is how to make them.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 oz. Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • Crushed Ice
  • Orange Twists
  • Martini Shaker
  1. Step 1

    Place all of the ingredients into the shaker.

  2. Step 2

    Cover with a glass, and shake well. Do this for about 15 to 30 seconds.

  3. Step 3

    Pour into a martini glass.

  4. Step 4

    Add crushed ice. Put an orange twist on top.

  5. Step 5

    Enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • Chill your martini glass ahead of time for best effect.
  • Don't serve to guests until you are sure everybody is drinking.
