There are several methods for cooking beef bottom round steak including grilling, broiling and skillet cooking. The meat should be cooked to the point where it is medium rare if you like tender meat. Allowing the meat to marinate in meat tenderizer for thirty minutes to two hours will also aid in the tenderness of the meat.
