Once you understand Integral yoga, you must take care of your body and mind at all times. There are five simple things to remember when you are practicing yoga. You must 1) lead a simple life, 2) bring peace to the world, 3) be healthy, 4) be happy and 5) know yourself. It is important to carry these lessons with you throughout the day.

Incorporating integral yoga into your daily life can also be done by spreading the teachings of what you have learned to others. You must constantly be open to learning more about the practice and teaching those around you. There are many online communities and online magazines including the very popular Integral Yoga Magazine, located at www.iymagazine.org.
