Ever feel like you just can't get your motor running for the day? You're tired, worn out, and have not a single ounce of energy left in your body. Well, here is a great receipe for a detox drink that will help cleanse your system, while at the same time giving you the boost of energy you need for the day.

How to Make Detox Juice
First add 8 ounces of orange juice, 4 ounces of apple juice, and 4 ounces of filtered water to a blender.
Add you're favorite fruits. Some great ones to add are bananas, blueberries (great for anti-oxidants), strawberries, pomegranate, pretty much anything that hits the right key on your taste buds. Blend until smooth.
Now for the ingredients that propel the detox. Add to your mixture 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of flax oil (source of Omega 3s), 1 Tablespoon lime juice, 1 Tablespoon protein powder, 1 Small handful of spinach. If you are feeling irregular you can also add 1 Tablespoon of fiber to the mix.
If you want more of a smoothie, just add a couple cubes of ice to the mixture. If you want more of a juice, you can add either more filtered water or juice to thin the mixture out.
