Asparagus is a nutritional powerhouse, packing loads of healthy vitamins into each four calorie spear. The green veggie contains very little sodium and is a good source of potassium, too. On its own, asparagus has no fat but just add a creamy white sauce and watch those calories skyrocket as the health benefits decrease.There's a way around that.
