How to Record Video on a Canon XH A1

Step 1

Remove the lens cap and insert a cassette into the XH A1.
Step 2

Press the lock button and set the power dial to a recording program (AF, M, or any of the AE modes on the dial).
Step 3

Press the Start/Stop button to start recording.
Step 4

Press the Start/Stop button to pause or stop recording.
Step 5

When you have finished recording, set the power dial to OFF and replace the lens cap.
