How to Cook Rib Roast
Step1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. This is the time to rub seasonings over the roast; if you wish to add any. Thyme, salt, pepper, and four garlic cloves really add a lot of flavor to the roast.
Step2
Coat the broiler pan with cooking spray and place the roast on it. Allow the roast to bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Step3
Once the 45 minutes is up, reset the temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking without opening the lid for 1 hour and 20 minutes (thermometer should read 145 degrees F). Adjust time to desired pinkness.
Step4
Allow the roast to sit for ten minutes before slicing. Garnish the roast with additional parsley and roasted garlic for additional flavor.
Step5
Set your table and display your wonderful dish for all to enjoy.
