Valentine's Day is a special day that can mean a lot to boys, girls, men and women. It can make memories that last for years when celebrated properly, or be ruined forever if forgotten or badly commemorated. Let someone know you care this Valentine's Day and spread the love.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Scissors
  • Red, pink or white construction paper
  • Pen

    Easy as 1-2-3

  1. Step 1

Fold your piece of construction paper directly in half.

  2. Step 2

Draw half of a heart on one side of the folded paper. If you're not sure what half of a heart looks like, just draw a letter "c" shape with a straightened line at the bottom (instead of a curved one) and draw all the way down to meet the fold in the paper.

  3. Step 3

Cut along the curve and you'll have a heart when you open up the folded paper!

  4. Step 4

You can draw more "heart halves" on the paper fold to make additional smaller hearts, just begin at the top and make sure you have enough room to curve downward to a point.

  5. Step 5

Make the heart larger or smaller; drawing your curved line before you start turning it straight to meet the fold.

Tips & Warnings
  • Embellish your hearts with glitter or stickers to make a beautiful one-of-a-kind card!
