- Worcestershire Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- A1
- Garlic Powder

How To Cook Pork Steaks

Place the pork steaks, two at a time, in the large bowl. Add a dash of garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Then add 1/4c. Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 3-4 dashes of A1, and 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Place the other steaks on top of these and add ingredients in the same way.

Cover the bowl with a lid. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for about four hours.

After getting your grill ready, remove the bowl from the fridge. Place the meat on the grill. Use the marinade brush to coat the meat twice while flipping it.

Cook the meat until thoroughly done. Usually takes about 20-30 minutes, depending upon the thickness of the steaks.

Tips & Warnings
Use a knife to cut through the center of the steaks, while grilling, to make sure they are done before removing.
Baked potatoes and a nice salad are great side dishes to accompany this dish.
Only use the marinade when first cooking the meat. Once the meat is beginning to cook through, you do not want to use the marinade it's been sitting in for several hours.
Use a clean plate when removing the meat from the grill to serve.
