If you want to get wet without lifting any heavy objects then why not get inside the Sauna room. Sauna has a health benefits for your body too not just getting wet and getting hot. There are many ways to get wet and sweaty but usually it's all about running, exercising or other things that force you to exert your efforts to perspire yourself. But in today's technology, you can let the machines pull your body just to get a simple exercise.

Going to a sauna with your friends would be more fun but you need to have a good manners while inside the heat session. You can disrobe with your friends and relax with a heat temperature of about 80 degree Celsius.

You can stay in a hotel with electric heated sauna and with swimming pool but I guess you need towel or swimsuit to use the sauna in a hotel.
Step3
If you can afford to build your own sauna at home it would be more easy to get sweat and perspire every other weeks.

Sauna has many health benefits in your life and it is safe to use for the whole family or friends together.

Infrared sauna is more favorable in today's trends. This type of sauna believed to have an overall health benefits for yourself.
