Things You'll Need:
- Table
- Paddles
- Ball
- Two players

Step 1
Know what kind of opponent you are playing. Typically he's going to be one of your best friends, otherwise who would want to play for pain against you? You know his likes and dislikes. Don't start talking random junk to intimidate him. Get something into his head that will make him lose concentration, like other funny moments you've had together or something that will make him laugh. He'll start to lose a few points just from not being able to focus. And the more you win, the less pain you gain!
-
Step 2
Play aggressive. When you are going for a slam, go for it with style. Shout on the strike. Flinch on a few serves. The beginning isn't a time for trick shots; it is a time to get your opponent mixed up in the mind and frustrated with his swing. Aim the ping pong ball close to his paddle and force him to mess up. If he loses the point from error and not your deft play, the sting of the sting pong ball feels worse.
-
Step 3
Aim for the same spots every time when it comes to the spoils of the victor. Aiming for the beer gut isn't going to do anything but make you laugh when the ping pong ball bounces- or doesn't bounce. The key is consistency. If you are playing with bare chests, aim the ball at the nipples or where the rib cage is sticking out. If your Sting Pong opponent doesn't have a showing rib cage, aim for the middle of the chest. Wherever the skin is thinnest is the most vulnerable. Five or six shots to the same spot will add up after awhile.

Step 4
Train for pain. You are eventually going to get hit. You can't let it rattle you-visibly. Take a few shots from someone else a couple of days before the match that way your mind and body are ready for it.
