How to apply EMO eyeliner

1. Apply your cover, blush and/or powder. This will help the liner not only stay better, but go on smoother.

2. Draw the line on your upper lid (narrow to wider, from the center to the outer).

3. Next, you draw on the lower lid liner (center to outer, narrow to wider. same as the upper lid, just a bit narrower).

4. Go over it once more with the eyeliner to make sure that it is completely applied.

Tips & Warnings

• Some people may want to apply a narrow line of shadow over the liner the first few times, to keep from smudging at least the first few times, until you get a little more comfortable with doing it.
