When you are using city transportation, you don’t have much of a choice when it comes to controlling what you listen to. Try purchasing a set of headphones and some form of media player. If you turn the volume up loud enough, you won’t have to participate in such a negative environment.

Many people are oblivious to the world around them when they are reading. Find a good book that you like that will seriously captivate all of your attention so that you don’t hear what’s going on around you.
