A-line bob hairstyles are trendy and do not require a lot of time to style. The hair is cut so that it resembles an ‘A’ as the straight fringe provides the horizontal line and the bangs provide the legs of an ‘A’. This haircut can be styled in many different ways, although the classic A-line bob is the most chosen style. Read on to learn how to style an A-line bob haircut.

  • Round brush
  • Mousse
  • Hairspray
  1. Step 1

    To begin you style, wash your hair with the products that are specific to your hair. If you have color or treated hair, choose a shampoo designed for treated or colored hair. If you have curly hair then purchase shampoo that reduces frizz. The same applies for the conditioner.

  2. Step 2

    De-tangle your hair with a wide tooth comb after washing which prevents hair damage.

  3. Step 3

    Apply a small amount of styling gel or mousse working your way from the roots to ends.

  4. Step 4

    At this point you can either let your hair dry or style it with a round brush. If you choose to style your hair with a round brush then continue reading.

  5. Step 5

    Gather the top section of your hair and secure it with professional style clips to prevent it from getting in the way.

  6. Step 6

    Begin with the lowest section of hair and curl under using a round brush as you blow dry from roots to ends. Continue bringing down each section of hair and repeat the process until all sections are complete. Spray lightly with hairspray to hold your style.
