How to Relieve Pregnancy Back Pain Through Exercise
Pregnancy can put a lot of stress on the back. As your stomach expands more your center becomes off balance. With gentle stretching and strengthening you can protect your back from pain during pregnancy.

You will want to find a quite place to begin your excercises. Set a yoga mat on the floor and your balance ball right next to it. Start by sitting upright and gently breathing to relax your body and mind.

Place the balance ball on top of the yoga mat.

Sit upright on the balance ball and gently bounce up and down on the balance ball. Do this for about two minutes to warm up your body.

Once you are warmed up and centered slowly roll your body over the balance ball. Your stomach should be at the top of the balance ball and your feet should be touching the ground. If you can touch the ground with your hands.

Remain in this stretch as long as you like. Slowly come up from it when you are finished and repeat if desired.
