Things You'll Need:

Step 1
Chest RaiseStart by lying face down on the mat. Your arms should be stretched out besides you with the palms facing up.

Chest Raise 2Lift the feet, arms and chest off the floor at the same time. Lift as high as possible and hold for 3 seconds

Chest RaiseRelax the body.

Return to the starting position and repeat. Do 5 reps of 3 sets.
