Things You'll Need:
- Feathers
- Fake flowers
- Paper
- Scissors
- White wire
- Ribbon
- Beads
- Small wire cutter
- Needle-nosed jewelry pliers

Step 1
Take the feathers and cluster them together around the stem or stems of a bouquet of fake flowers. If you are using all same color feathers, make sure the feathers are of varying sizes and shapes. Use some plain ones and some fluffy ones. If you are using multiple colors, then it is not so necessary to vary the shapes of the feathers as they will already look different. Wrap them with a piece of white duct tape so they stay put where you want them.
-
Step 2
Take the white wire and clip it into 2 ft. lengths, as many of them as you wish, and tightly braid the ends together to make a handle. Leave most of the length of the wires free. Make the handle only as long as your hand and then insert the short-stemmed bouquet of feathers and flowers into the center and continue braiding around that until you are sure the bouquet is secured.
-
Step 3
Now, take the beads you purchased, whether pearl shaped or seed beads, make sure that the wire is narrow enough to fit through the holes in the beads. Fill the entire wire with beads except for the top four inches or so. This is the portion of wire that will be curled or coiled into cute designs. By bending over the top of the beaded section of wire, and crimping it with a pair of needle-nosed jewelry pliers you will be able to keep all of the beads in place.
-
Step 4
Another thing you can try is to attach bows with coiled streamers hanging from them. These are really pretty and they provide a quick and easy way to decorate your new bouquet. Simply tie them to the wire using white twist ties and let the streamers hang down around it. You can buy these types of bows at the dollar store at three or four for a dollar.

Step 5
By this time in the process the wires should require some 'fluffing' to make them stand upright again. Arrange the wires, feathers, and flowers to your liking and then make sure that the bouquet is stored in a large enough box that it won't get crushed while awaiting that special day.
