How to to Make Egg Breadcrumb Patties

This is a very easy and healthy recipe. You can make this anytime of the day. And you can eat this as a snack or as a side dish for dinner. Either way it's delicious. Read on to learn how to make egg bedcrumb patties.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Two to three large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  1. Step 1

    Get two or three eggs and scramble them into a bowl make sure you scramble it good. Then get a 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs and mix it with the eggs in the bowl. Make sure it's liquidy and not pasty, if it is pasty add another egg and mix.

  2. Step 2

    While your mixing the eggs and breadcrumbs get 3/4 cup of oil and put it into the pan. Your pan has to be nice and hot. As the pan is getting hot, get a ice cream scooper and put it in the bowl of eggs and breadcrumb mix, and scoop it out do this four or five times.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the scooper into the pan in different spots until the mix is gone. When you see it starting to pop turn them over for about two or three minutes. While your egg patties are cooking get a dish, put a paper towel on the dish and take out the patties. Then get a paper towel and cover it on top of the patties. Now you are ready to serve your delicious patties.
