According to Dr. Oz, refilling your fridge in a specific way is something necessary to weight loss.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Determination!

Following the pointers that Dr. Oz gives us to help us lose weight and stay fit are sure to bring confidence!

  1. Step 1

Fill the refrigerator and pantry with wheat based items. Flattened stomachs are believed to result from the wheat as opposed to the white intakes where bread and rice are concerned. Spelt pasta helps even more!

  2. Step 2

Eat the "good fat" first which are the foods containing trans fat. Olive oil, almonds, walnuts and peanuts are each items that contain the trans fat and are considered to be beneficial while eaten. "Noshing on whole-grain bread dipped in olive oil may actually help you eat less overall," says Dr. Axel Goetz."You'll digest your food more slowly, so you'll eat less but still feel full" following the "noshing", and blood sugar is said to stay at more of a low level. The body is said to much more easily absorb fat soluble nutrients at this point.

  3. Step 3

Make certain to get protein and fat from vegetable as opposed to meats and cheeses in excess. Let's fill up the fridge with fresh vegetables using some of those great oils mentioned above to dress them. Perhaps (hint, hint) we'll see some cool recipes below bringing this all into awesome meal connections!

  4. Step 4

Stock the fridge with something that may even be placed on the outside of the fridge. It is dark chocolate. Rich cocoa. This yummy dark chocolate is proven to help the texture of our skin, improve its thickness, blood flow and hydration! It is also said to possibly help defend the skin against the sun!
