      Stretch before and after every game. First identify the body parts that you will be utilizing the most and concentrate on those areas. When stretching, never rush always stretch the designated area until you feel normal in that stretching position. Focus on getting full extension when stretching.

      Focus and use meditation. These two areas are extremely important and are somewhat interchangeable. When preparing for a competition your mind must be tuned in to the obstacles and all scenarios of what you are about to partake in. This way you will prevent making unnecessary mistakes. Before competing get into the routine of finding a solitude place where you can concentrate exclusively on the task at hand.
