How to perform a hard reset on a Sprint Touch

1. Ensure any files on your storage card are not encrypted. To do this select Start --> Settings --> System tab --> Encryption. Make sure the box next to "Encrypt files on your storage car" is not checked.

2. Press and hold the green (talk) key and the red (end) key while simultaneously pressing the reset key with your stylus. The reset key can be found on the bottom of the Sprint Touch. It is the key farthest to the right.

3. Release stylus, but continue to hold the green and red keys.

4. Release the green and red keys when the warning message appears.

5. Press Enter button.Congratulations, you've completed a hard reset on you Sprint Touch phone.
