Things You'll Need:

  • Just 20 minutes a day.
  • Comfortable clothes for the workout.

There are three phases in this exercise plan; the beginner, intermediate and advanced. In addition, there are things on which we must focus. They are creating the 20 minute workout, estimating exercise and planning a healthy menu.

  1. Step 1

Begin with choosing your body part or "muscle group" to exercise.

  2. Step 2

Create a 20 minute workout. This can sometimes be a challenge, but when we use the RealAge technique for doing so, it turns out to be fun! Read the muscle charts given to you by Dr. Oz, and challenge each muscle group individually. He will offer you options to work out each muscle group, and you can pick and choose which ones are best for you.

  3. Step 3

Utilize to the Exercise Estimator. This is actually a way for people to choose the foods that they normally eat and to figure the exercises that will burn those calories. The idea is to open minds to the choices available with regard to eating smarter and exercising as well. If you fall off the wagon of your diet and eat too much, this lets you get easily back on track by using physical exercise to respond accordingly.

  4. Step 4

Eat well! prior to a work out The Healthy Menu Planner is something that will need to come into play on a regular basis for those who are needing to lose weight after having tried everything.

  5. Step 5

Calculate your height, weight and waist size as you move along the program. The RealAge 2-week system works with "the biology of blubber, so you crave less food and your body burns calories instead of storing them," claims Mehmet Oz, MD, coauthor of YOU: On a Diet.

  6. Step 6

Get quickly back on track with your exercise if you miss a few days. You should work out on the diet 3 to 4 times a week.
