Find a Dr. Oz Diet Buddy

You want to do the Dr Oz diet but you know you're going to need some support. A great way to stay motivated during a diet is to find a diet buddy. Finding a Dr. Oz diet buddy is easier than you might think.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer with Internet Access
  1. Step 1

Log on to the Dr. Oz Real Age website. At the top of the home page click on Connect With Others. On the next page click on Find A Buddy which will take you to the buddy search.

  2. Step 2

Fill in the search form with the criteria you want in a diet buddy. You can narrow your search by gender, age and what part of the country they live in. Click on More Search Options to select additional options such as medical conditions. This way you can find a buddy who has even more things in common with you.

  3. Step 3

Finish making your selections and then click search. If the search does not give you enough possible diet buddies then try widening the search by choosing less options. If you receive too many possible buddies, use the search options to narrow the results.

  4. Step 4

Remember to join the on-line community by registering so that other dieters can search for you as well.

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember that people join this type of website on a daily, or even hourly basis. Continue to check back if you are looking for a specific type of buddy and can't find him or her.
  • If your search on the Dr. Oz website does not result in a diet buddy, try posting on other diet and health message boards. You may find another member who is doing the Dr. Oz diet and would like to partner with you.
  • Always practice appropriate on-line safety when interacting with diet buddies found on the internet. This includes not sharing your name or address as well as keeping personal and financial information private.
  • If you decide to meet your buddy in person, only meet in a public place and bring a friend along for safety.
