      Lie down on your back with a towel or mat for a cushion.

      Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground.

      Use your arms to gently grab or hug your legs toward your chest.

      Relax and hold for at least 30 seconds.

      You may also perform this exercise gently pulling one leg at a time.

Tips & Warnings

  • Don’t stretch until you are uncomfortable. This will not cause increased flexibility.

  • If you feel pain, stop immediately.
