Uno is a fun game for all ages. There is no need for set up or boards and all you need is a deck of Uno cards and some friends or family.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Deck of Uno cards
  1. Step 1

Organize your hand by color and number with "action cards" ("Skip," "Reverse," and "Draw Two") after your highest numbered card.

  2. Step 2

Play your number cards first, and save your "action cards" for later in the game.

  3. Step 3

Maintain a good hand by keeping a good variety of color. This allows for more chance to play your cards and less chance you will have to draw from the deck.

  4. Step 4

If an opponent is low on cards, especially if he or she only has one card, this is the best time to play your "action cards." "Draw Two" is the most powerful, but "Skip" and "Reverse" can also help delay the possibility of your opponent going out.

  5. Step 5

The Wild cards can only be played when you cannot make any other play. This means that they are usually used later in the game. They are very powerful cards. Covet them and use them well.

  6. Step 6

If you only have one card, always remember to say "uno." If you forget and someone calls you on it, you are forced to pick up more cards.
