on 2/2/2009 Morning sickness affects a high percentage of expectant mothers and will normally pass after the first three months or so. However when it does seem to persist forever and you feel dreadful almost every morning try some relaxation and gentle excercise such as yoga, it may well be that anxiety and stress is making matters worse.
Avoid fatty and spicy foods and don't worry too much about a diet that may be not so nourishing, experiment with what you are eating..
Oh and keep the midwife informed if you are experimenting with any natural remedies to cure your morning sickness.
