Kettlebell exercises are a terrific alternative to free weights. They can be used at home and often more can be accomplished with a kettlebell than a single dumbell of the same weight. In addition to the direct benefit of the exercise, kettlebells incorporate more muscles than free weights, due to balance and stablitiy challenges, thus making them a great alternative workout. Kettlebell shoulder presses can make a great alternative or replacement for any type of overhead barbell or dumbell presses.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
