      Find a knot or right muscle during a massage. You want to focus on its release. Bring the stick horizontally across the muscle.

      Bring the massage stick horizontally across the muscle. You are applying pressure of your own, though don't press too hard. The stick itself acts to apply pressure to the body.

      Roll the massage stick slowly about twenty times, or you can stop when the muscle is clearly in release.

      Increase the strength you apply with the stick to create a more intense massage!

      Repeat before and after a work-out for maximum massage, relaxation and relief of muscles.
