The Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet is a great way to cleanse your system of toxins that have built up over time and a fast way to loose weight. It can also help you to reduce cravings and help you regain energy.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 30 lemons
  • Organic Grade B maple syrup
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Purified or spring water
  • Salt
  1. Step 1

    Mix 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp. (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup, 1/10 tsp. or more cayenne pepper and 1 cup (8 fluid oz.) purified or spring water in a water bottle.

  2. Step 2

    Sip 6 to 10 glasses throughout the day. Do not eat any other food.

  3. Step 3

    Also drink 8 glasses of additional purified spring water.

  4. Step 4

    Continue for up to 10 days.

  5. Step 5

    Do a salt water flush every morining consisting of adding 2 tsp. of sea salt to 1 full quart of water. Drink a herbal laxative tea every evening.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink liquid at room temperature.
  • You should be having 1 to 3 bowel movements a day.
  • Break the fast gradually by eating soups and sipping juices.
  • During the first few days, you may experience some cravings, headaches and pain.
