How to Cook Broccoli on the Grill
There are many ways to cook broccoli, but what is arguably the most delicious is cooking broccoli on a grill. Broccoli is one of those vegetables that really suck up the grill taste, leaving a sublime and unique taste to it. Here's how to grill broccoli to perfection! Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Grill
- 9 cups of broccoli spears
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil

Mix the olive oil with the salt and pepper in a side dish. Adjust the requests for this to your own taste. If you like a lot of oil and little salt, experiment with the amounts that are best for you.

Pour all the spears of the broccoli into a large bowl. You can now baste the broccoli with the oil and seasonings. Pour it all over, and mix it in thoroughly!

Coat the grill rack with a non-sticking spray. Pam is popular, but there are other options as well.

Ready the grill, preparing it for indirect heat.

Toss the broccoli thoroughly in the bowli, making sure to then drain out any left over oil into a proper container. You don't want the broccoli to be dripping.

Carefully grill all the broccoli. Cover it on the grill, and give it indirect medium heat for about 8 minutes.

Check on the broccoli. If each side is crisp, then you can take it up. Otherwise, sometimes you need to leave it on for another couple of minutes.
