Step 1
You'll bring both your blocking arm and reinforcing arm down to your side as your opponent strikes, and you see it coming. You'll use the side opposite from your blocking arm. The hand from your blocking arm will rest atop your reinforcing hand. The reinforcing fist will be upside-down, with your fingers curled upward. Your hands should form an inverted "T" shape.

Step 2
Know that both your blocking and reinforcing hands will be moving at the same time. Your blocking arm will travel in front of your torso, ending up with your hand slightly past the line of your shoulder, and even with the top of your shoulder. This will allow you to stop the incoming strike before it impacts your body. Your blocking hand should be curled into a fist, with your fingers curled toward you.

Step 3
Consider that your reinforcing hand should also be locked into a fist, and will travel directly from your side, where it was at the ready position, to the elbow of your blocking arm. Your reinforcing fist should be fit snugly against your blocking arm, with the fingers of your reinforcing fist curled toward you, as well. While this is treated as a separate move, for the purposes of ease of training in practice both your blocking and reinforcing arms should move almost simultaneously.
